Dan Davidian takes great pride in his ability to be his Clients’ ambassador, strategist, and negotiator. He educates those he works with, so that they make the best possible decision and then are guided in executing those decisions. Dan believes in sitting down and building a customized strategy for each Client to establish a clear understanding of needs. He has the ability to calmly and candidly communicate with all parties in order to negotiate and close the best possible deal.
Dan came to Accel Realty Partners as an experienced Agent having worked in California for four years. He also works as a PE/Health Teacher at Eagle Academy in West Ada School District. Dan utilizes his experience and passion as a teacher when working with buyers and sellers. Dan has a passion for helping people which is why he is dedicated to the real estate and education fields.
Dan truly takes pride in helping owners prepare their home to sell and helping them get it sold, as well as helping buyers find a home that is the perfect “fit” for them. He sees that the true reward of the real estate business is developing life-long relationships with clients and providing the best experience possible for them in their buying and selling goals.
Dan has been actively involved in the Eagle and Meridian community with coaching football and baseball and his family are members at Capital Christian Church in Meridian. He has a daughter that attends Eastern Oregon University and plays on the Women’s Soccer team. He has a son who attends Eagle High School and plays football there. He and his wife Ronel have been married 24 years and love living in Idaho.
