Peach Peterson is a Trainer and Certified Mentor at Accel Realty Partners. She started out in the real estate business at a very young age and had been a designated broker for over 24 years before joining a local franchise company and then us as an Associate Broker. Her experience includes being a partner in a mortgage brokerage, a construction company as well as a property management company that had in excess of 150 employees. As your Realtor, she puts all that experience and knowledge to work for you.

Her past experience as a managing partner in a loan company allows Peach to assist clients in finding the right lender to finance their home purchase. As a past developer and partner in two construction companies, Peach worked directly with each contractor to ensure detailed service from start to finish of their build project. From that experience she has developed a unique program for buyers of new homes who also need to sell their existing home before they can build. She works directly with the builders to negotiate on their behalf so that their new home can be built WHILE their home is still listed. She works with a special team of builders, lenders, and specialists that understand these unique needs. Close communication between all the parties to insure a smooth transition that includes the listing, the sale of the previous home and a smooth “build project” comes from years of experience in three facets of the industry. She works directly with the builders as well as the listing team to insure that all the phases of each side of the transaction stay on track for her clients.
