Steven Caporale is a Founder at Accel Realty Partners. He is best described by those who know him as the perfect blend of “fun” and “professional”. He is an accomplished agent and entrepreneur who has helped 530 parties with their real estate transactions while building three successful brokerages literally from the ground up (Equity Real Estate, Boise Premier Real Estate, and Amherst Madison Distinctive Real Estate).
His ambitions started early in life when he made the decision to major in Real Estate/Construction Management at the top-ranked University of Denver (where he was a Hornbeck Scholar). Since college, he has been licensed for 20 years (in four different states) with seven years working in corporate real estate (at a FORTUNE 500 Company) and four years with a prestigious luxury home builder, The Renaissance Group. Steven has held the highest level of real estate licensing (Employing Broker or Designated Broker) continuously since 1999. A businessperson at heart, he believes that every adversity, every failure and heartache carry with it the seed of a greater or equal benefit.
In his time at The Renaissance Group, Steven traveled hundreds of thousands of miles working on luxury real estate projects in dozens of North American locations. He has met and personally shaken hands with business leaders and celebrities alike. Bill Gates, Herb Allen, Derek Jeter, Sean Penn, John Elway, Jennifer Aniston, Regis Philben, Phil Mickelson, and Tim McGraw are a few of his favorites. Through these experiences, Steven witnessed success at the highest levels. He learned that the same principles that make a great business apply to most everything else in life. Success is not by accident; it takes vision, timing, and extraordinary hard work.
Steven was the first Agent in the state of Idaho featured on HGTV’s hit series “House Hunters” and has been a real estate contributor to ABC and Fox News. His current passion is developing Accel Realty Partners – increasing market-share, and supporting its Agents and Operators.
